More than 5,000 square feet of this historical building have been re-purposed with events at its core. Modern touches--combined with original design details--form an intersection between history and the present.

• Building access is granted from 9 AM to 12 midnight on the day of the event
• Chairs and tables are included in your rental
• Warming kitchen is equipped with new appliances to warm your food or keep it cool
• Custom-built bar is ready for alcohol and beverage use

• Easily accessible double doors make loading in and out easy

• Pre & Post cleaning are included in the rate, along with garbage bins and disposal of trash
• Additional event insurance is required for the duration of the rental
• A site representative will be present for every event
